Inside the vase

This work came out of a wish to challenge convention and make the inside of the vase the point of interest. At the time I was trying to find out what was inside me trying to make it's way out; so I explored this idea in my work by cutting into the vases to expose the inside and then making them bright colours so what's inside can really find it's expression out into the world.
